✘ Stay quiet due to fear of damaging relationships or losing sponsorships
Brands often prioritize profit over safety, either:
✘ Not fixing the issue (failure to rectify)
✘ Not warning customers (failure to inform)
✘ Or not recalling defective products (failure to recall)
