Guys, welcome back to another day before the shred! This video is a special one as it is probably by far the best day of wing foiling that I have ever had, especially in the UK. A super rare wind and wave forecast leads to one of my favourite breaks to start firing. With the perfect, side off shore wind, it was the time to dust of the wing and get after it. Shredding with the isle of wight foil crew, it was great to have a few people on the water for this. Trading waves all afternoon before I snapped my wing leach and it all ended in disaster…

In my opinion, these conditions are what wing foiling is really good for, getting into rare waves, breaks that dont work that well and slack waves makes the foil and the wing a perfect combo! With the ability to ride into the wind, unlike kite or surfing, you can take the A-frame in any direction.

What a day! Still buzzing from this. What a first day back from Kenya!

Welcome back to another week before the shred, and the be fair so much happened on this trip that I didnt know what to put into this second episode from kenya. I really did have about 2/3 different session each day, weather we where swimming with dolphins, diving, foiling, kiting, surfing… or on calls. It was a truly ‘busy’ trip that did give me a flavour for the area of Watamu.

In short, a wicked place for all the sports, some epic travels to be done there…you meed a good guy on the ground to organise tour trips, tours, boats and kit etc etc. But if you look up the Watersports providers in the area you will find friendly faces!
