This week I am kitesurfing in Aruba in the Caribbean for the Aruba Hi-Winds wind sports festival. A week of Kite Boarding, kite foiling, wing foiling, wind surfing, racing, big air, boarder cross and slalom racing. Literally anything that you can do on a kite or with a sail is covered in what has become one of the biggest water sports events in the Caribbean Sea… with over 190 competitors signed up for the contest, is really is a festival of shred!

I had never been to Aruba before, so this was a first time and also one of the most fun kite events that I have competed in in a long time. I did the kite foil racing, long distance, big air and boarder cross disciplines so I was fully stacked all week with water time.
Not only that, the main reason I was there was to shoot with @VinceIrie and work on some eye watering @GoPro shots in the clear blue waters… going deep on the research about how FPV drones allow you to direct the perfect #gopro shot!!!
