North’s newest directional board, the Cross Pro, maintains the slightly wider, traditional surf shape of the Cross, in an ultra-thin Dynalite construction for maximum durability and direct response.
The Cross Pro has a refined low-volume shape that performs incredibly in smaller, mushy waves and onshore conditions, and can handle harder landings. Cross Pro DynaliteScore every session

Each season we have been planning our adventures to explore the Kingdoms, last year it was making it to the furthest northern tip of Scotland, this year it was making it to the furthest western tip of Ireland! Exploring the wild Atlantic way and the waters around the Lahinch area, we set off on on the second episode of the ‘Free Ride Kingdoms’. A group of friends from the Isle of Wight, all with our own special talents for riding different types of board, weather its kitesurfing, wind surfing, surfing, wing foil, surf foil or skateboards… when you have this many sports to do, it doesn’t matter what the weather throws at you!
As it turns out, we scored some of the best storms to hit the coastline in early November and we where prepared for it all. A nice warm Airbnb, two vans and a load of water sports equipment, the adventure was set.
Free Ride as a discipline is what 90% of all people actually do with their time on the water, so its an important discipline in the sport and to use that time to explore new areas, discover new places to ride and learn about the environment that is so important to us all is a dream come true. Its these trips that keep the winters at bay, by embracing the storms and opening up to the weather right here, close to home in the UK!
Any questions, ask them in the comments, equipment, locations, shreddies…
