Kiteboarding in the winter time in Tampa Bay Florida can be pretty awesome! There are some cold days or cold mornings (temperatures in the 50s) but in general its not that bad at all. Most people are wearing 3/2 mm wetsuits or 4/3mm suits if you get cold easy. Kite sizes range from 9m to 15m depending on the riders weight.
