Guys, today I am dropping special one as I got to show @jettbradshaw7756 the south coast of the Isle of Wight as he flew in from Mauritius straight to the Isle of Wight and my home spot to meet what must be the biggest and best storm that we have had in years!!! With over 60 knots of wind on the forecast we where set for a full send kiteboarding shred fest. It is so nice to get the chance to show the international pro riders a slice of what my home spot has to offer and shred a storm with some epic energy with Jett. Its hard to push yourself and your level when you are riding alone, so its always good to get the crew together!!!

Massive kite loops, big air kiteboarding and some of the best kitesurfing storm conditions that the Isle of Wight has ever seen. What an epic weather forecast for Jett’s arrival… Lets Go!!!

This video is going to cover my experience during the first phase of ACL surgery. The first phase is about two weeks long. I had an ACL reconstruction using the petellar tendon graft. The idea with this method is to make the ACL stronger than it previously was. To protect the graft and to recover as effectively as possible, I consolidated the information I learned from my surgeon, physical therapist and peer-reviewed studies.
