Short movie of my snowkite trip in the North of Norway (March-April 2022).

📜 The Tromso region offers a lot of snowkite possibilities which depend of course of the weather conditions. When the wind blows and the visibility is good, you can enjoy a vast playground above the fjords and make long distance kite tours. I spent 18 days in this amazing area, often alone in the wild, between Tromso, Lyngen Alps and the Finnish border. If you are lucky, you could also experience some magic Northern Lights (such as the one on this video thumbnail).

Tromso area: Trolldalen / Finnlandsfjellet / Kattfjorddalen / Kroken to Fløya / Finnvikdalen – Krabbelvdalen
Ringvassøya: Hårskoltan / Tverrfjellet

An amazing view on the surroundings of Tromsø, in the North of Norway, with a light East wind.

With its 2910m, Puigmal d’Err is the second highest summit in Cerdanya (East of Pyrenees). North wind often blows there, but you never know if it will be possible to cross the abandonned teleski of Puigmal resort and then conquer the summit.
This was the 2nd time of my snowkiter life that I succeeded to reach the base of the summit, an awesome day in an amazing landscape! Wind was NE and about 20-35kt depending of the area.
